About Veterinary Physiology

The Department of Physiology & Biochemistry is established in 1972 with the inception of the College of veterinary & Animal Sciences, on May 18, 1972. The department offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the discipline of physiology. The undergraduate courses are offered during the first 4.5 years duration of the programmed of B.V.Sc. & A.H. being the fundamental discipline of Veterinary education. Post-graduate programme leading to the degree of M.V.Sc. in Physiology & Biochemistry was started in 1977-78.
